Frank Bolling hit one over the fence and had 2 RBI as the Cleveland Buckeyes
defeated the Detroit Penguins by a score of 7 to 1 at Penguin Park.
Cleveland had the game winning rally in the top of the 8th inning scoring 2
runs utilizing 2 base hits.  After an out was recorded, Bolling started the
attack as he smashed a solo-shot out of the park (his 1st of the season).
Tony Kubek came to the plate and banged out a single, and an error was also
committed.  Don Blasingame then would ground out scoring the final run of the
inning.  Overall Cleveland out-hit Detroit 10 to 2.  
Julio Navarro(1-0) picked up the victory, allowing no runs in 2 innings. Gary
Peters(0-1) took the loss.  He gave up just 3 runs and 6 hits in 8 innings.
