In a thriling finish the Winter Haven Hamsters pulled off the win over the Seattle Red Barons by a score of 2 to 1 at Chain of Lakes Park.
The game was won by Winter Haven with a run in the 9th inning. Billy Ripken reached on an error. After an out was recorded, Phil Bradley came up and he was walked intentionally.
