The game was won by Cleveland when they scored a run in the top of the 8th
inning.  After two outs Evans blasted a solo shot.  Cleveland had 13 hits
overall, while Great Lakes had 5.  
Jack Morris(1-0) allowed 3 runs in 7 innings, and picked up the victory.
Morris was helped out by Mike Henneman who recorded his 1st save.  The loss
was charged to Jeff Heathcock(0-1) in relief.
